Tapas & Mezze

If you like to entertain or are just a fan of the relaxed, Mediterranean style of eating, then you a probably love tapas and mezze.  On this short course you will learn to make a selection of versatile dishes, including Turkish flat bread, and enjoy them at the end of the course.

The dishes will vary a little and involve some of your own creativity, but would typically include Pide Ekmek (Turkish flat bread), Hummus, Dukka, sauces such as Alioli and Romesco, Prawn Banderillas, Empanadas and Tortilla Española.
