Pasta Making - short course
Have you ever fancied learning how to make your own pasta, or tried and failed? This course gives you the opportunity to learn how to make pasta dough and roll, shape and fill it to create a variety of types.
You will start making your own dough, then roll it into sheets. You with then use your pasta to create your own fettucini, followed by a number of filled pasta, including ravioli and tortellini. We will also make a couple of sauces for you to try and you can either cook and eat your pasta straight away or take it home with you.

Typical course content
Arrive and introduction
Make and roll pasta dough in pairs
Make tortellini, ravioli and other filled pasta
Cook and taste pasta (or eat your own)
Finish (taking home any pasta you haven't cooked)
