Taste of India

Thinking of going out for a curry?  Why not learn to do it yourself.  This short course will teach you the essentials of creating authentic and varied Indian cuisine.  We will have a look at regionality and ingredients then move on creating a set of delicious dishes that you will then sit down and enjoy.  You can even bring your own drinks to accompany your dinner.

 

The dishes may vary, but would typically be Chana Masala, Tarka Dal, Nadan Kohzi, Kofta Kebabs, Cauliflower and Spinach Bhaji, Naan Bread and Rice.  If you are vegetarian, dishes can be adapted to suit you.  30% of India is vegetarian, after all!

 

2 1/2 hour course (times vary, see calendar for details)
