Indian Cookery
Indian food is arguably the most popular cuisine in the UK and this course will teach you how to create authentic and restaurant-style dishes that capture the varied styles of Indian cookery. The hands-on day looks at spices and other key ingredients through a selection of recipes including "curries", dals, breads and rice dishes. You will leave with a set of notes and the confidence and knowledge to make delicious Indian food from scratch.
One day course (10am - 5pm) including lunch
